足球女將1，24位有運動細胞的美女藝人、KOL等，由主教練郭sir，從零開始，為她們進行半年的足球特訓，最終成立「螢花女子足球隊」的育成計劃。今季將會繼續發揮「螢花」熱血、搏盡、團結及迎難而上的精神，記錄郭Sir，Keyman及教練團如何帶領及訓練「螢花」成為一隊半職業球隊；當中球員除左經歷不同訓練外，亦要面對新加入成員的壓力，如何維持在球隊中位置及要爭取最佳11人，代表球隊出征終極一戰；而「螢花」究竟可否排除萬難，在全香港球迷見証下入到球隊比賽的第一球呢？
