詹姆士出走料理以尋找詹姆士私廚菜單為節目主軸，為了尋找記憶中的美味料理，詹姆士將帶領大家探索市場，品嘗在地美味、尋訪料理達人。並在節目中展現特殊食材的處理方式、嘗試新的醬料或是新的料理作法，製作創意料理料理教學，最後在節目片尾時作出一道詹姆士創意料理。
根據2017年一項調查，香港人每年人均出國旅遊次數高達11.4次，成為全球之冠，鄰近香港的泰國和日本等地更成為了不少港人口中的「鄉下」。自2019年疫情發生後，在不能飛的日子裡，港人搞盡腦汁體驗各種異國風情一解「思鄉情」，2021年順著疫苗接種等不同的措施，各國有著對外來來旅客不同的應對措施。節目帶領觀眾如何在疫情下到訪外地旅遊，從選擇地點、到地是否需要隔離、當地是否開放旅客等各方面條件之下到步的流程，從零開始計劃到出發。

《Ayubowan 斯里蘭卡》（Ayubowan Sri Lanka）係香港電視娛樂製作嘅遊埠節目，由周雅霏、李星熲主持，2021年12月18號到2022年2月5號逢禮拜六20:00-20:30喺ViuTV播。節目用主持會去遊覽斯里蘭卡。節目喺2018年拍落，不過要隔咗三年幾先至有機會喺電視首播。
