　　每集以中醫醫理、西方醫學的角度，細談不同的生理與心理病症，包括都市病、流行性疾病，還會因應不同病症，帶來業界最新或最有科學根據的治療方案，讓觀眾參考。節目亦邀請本人(或其親朋)曾患上該病症的藝人，以「過來人」身分，訴說患病和康復的心路歷程。

　　儘管現代社會有多先進，男士們還是依然肩負著海量約定俗成的老舊期望，結果這或多或少都局限了生活的大小選擇。明明心中躍躍欲試，卻又怕引旁人側目，最怕是「不夠Man」的指控！本節目就是要打破這些沉悶框框，擴闊大家對都市男性的想像，讓大家重新反思「自在生活」的真正定義！

  三立台湾台首檔豪华谈话性节目《阿姐万岁》将于7月31日起每周一、二晚上 10点半播出，由『影视歌三栖台语界的天花板』苗可丽与『新生代八点檔一哥』陈志强组成『强丽姊弟』，节目内容会结合时事、贴近生活，帮观眾解决烦心事，透过生活小剧场，两人用最轻松诙谐的方式，碰撞出让人意想不到的化学反应，将为谈话性节目带来让人耳目一新的感觉。
