王家衛執導、監製的劇集《繁花》，在中國內地播出後「熱爆」全國。劇裡以九十年代的上海為背景，當中出現的不少場景，現時已成為粉絲朝聖的「打卡」熱點。胡蓓蔚在上海土生土長，引領主持拍檔姚子羚、冼靖峰到訪這些打卡點，並尋覓於劇中出現過的相關美食，為觀眾整理詳盡的繁花地圖與游滬攻略。此外，劇裡也有不少涉及香港的情節。麥長青負責留守本地，追尋香港繁花的蹤跡，讓劇迷在港也可投入繁花的璀璨世界。
