　　Every episode we will see our presenters at home in London, preparing 3-4 meals from their extensive repertoire. The show is crammed with tips and tricks to show viewers how to make fresh, nutrient rich foods into irresistible dishes. Between the recipes the sisters will take us out into the world to show us where to source the best ingredients and how to both live and eat mindfully beyond the kitchen walls.

2022年台湾男团选秀综艺节目。由陈嘉桦、周汤豪、谢坤达（担任星际导师），田一德（担任舞力导师）木木林苇妮（担任暖心学姐），及何美联合主持（担任暖心小老师）。共有80位参赛者，多数来自台湾，将选出2组5人男子音乐组合。节目由野火娱乐制作。节目将80位参赛者分为八大行星组合，并依每个行星，个别成立风格各异的子团互相竞逐。最终获胜的子团将以5名成员成为冠军团出道，并透过投票选拔人气团出道。
