《星期日档案》是香港电视广播有限公司新闻及资讯部公共事务科自1987年3月10日（星期二）起播出的一个粤语类新闻节目。每集节目以软性专题形式探讨不同的内容。自开播开始，节目的名称会因应播放日子处在“星期几”而变化为《星期X档案》。由于开播时为星期二，所以初始命名为《星期二档案》。现时播放时段为星期日，所以命名为《星期日档案》。
由中天电视台节目部自制，于2020年9月17日首录，于2020年10月12日晚间9点播出。该节目专为各种同学族群量身订做，每集邀请12位来自不同学籍的同学、不同学系的学生上来讨论各种主题，主持人包括阿Ken、纳豆、安心亚。
周奕瑋加入TVB二十年，於2023頒獎禮獲「最佳男主持」，得獎感言是「不要因他人對自己的想像，限制自己的想像」。故他沒有停步，今年走出舒適圈，尋訪獨特的人生故事，帶觀眾了解人生的選擇與態度，呈現家庭、職業、理想、價值觀的掙扎與堅持。
