《美凤有约》是民视美食节目，是由陈美凤主持，提供食谱资料、当周节目介绍及曾介绍的店址的一档娱乐饮食节目。
每集以中醫醫理、西方醫學的角度，細談不同的生理與心理病症，包括都市病、流行性疾病，還會因應不同病症，帶來業界最新或最有科學根據的治療方案，讓觀眾參考。節目亦邀請本人(或其親朋)曾患上該病症的藝人，以「過來人」身分，訴說患病和康復的心路歷程。
