三立台湾台首檔豪华谈话性节目《阿姐万岁》将于7月31日起每周一、二晚上 10点半播出，由『影视歌三栖台语界的天花板』苗可丽与『新生代八点檔一哥』陈志强组成『强丽姊弟』，节目内容会结合时事、贴近生活，帮观眾解决烦心事，透过生活小剧场，两人用最轻松诙谐的方式，碰撞出让人意想不到的化学反应，将为谈话性节目带来让人耳目一新的感觉。

This lifestyle cooking series will take viewers into the aspirational world of Jasmine and Melissa Hemsley, the passionate foodie sisters who are taking healthy eating to innovative new levels with fun and delicious recipes that are free from grains, gluten and refined sugar. Every episode we will see our presenters at home in London, preparing 3-4 meals from their extensive repertoire.
