Between the recipes the sisters will take us out into the world to show us where to source the best ingredients and how to both live and eat mindfully beyond the kitchen walls. 《Ayubowan 斯里蘭卡》（Ayubowan Sri Lanka）係香港電視娛樂製作嘅遊埠節目，由周雅霏、李星熲主持，2021年12月18號到2022年2月5號逢禮拜六20:00-20:30喺ViuTV播。節目用主持會去遊覽斯里蘭卡。節目喺2018年拍落，不過要隔咗三年幾先至有機會喺電視首播。
